The China National Film Museum (CNFM) (中国电影博物馆) is the largest profession film museum in the world. Founded in 2005, CNFM is designed to the show the history of 100 years of Chinese cinema. It is also used to host film technology expos. You can see many academic exchanges and research both in China and worldwide.[1]

Location

China National Film museum is located in the northeast of Beijing, the capital city of China. CNFM occupies an area of 65 acres, with an architectural space of 38,000 square meters.[2]

Exhibition Area

The museum has 20 permanent exhibition halls. In addition, there are multifunctional halls for exhibitions and meetings, as well as various temporary spaces.[3] Here are some themes of each exhibition hall:

Opening times

The museum is open on Tuesday to Sunday at 9:00 to 16:30. The museum is closed in Mondays[4]
